If your B.Beat does not start and the message "Startup Problem" or "Boot failed" appears.
SOLUTIONS:
Try unplugging the HDMI socket, if connected.
Verify that you are using the original USB-C power adapter contained in the original package of B.Beat.
If the power supply is the original one, try replacing it. Use a USB-C power supply for PC (Win or MAC) or tablet that follows one of the following specifications:
5.0VDC / 4000mA ( or 4A )
5.1VDC / 3000mA ( or 4A )
Avoid using chargers because they often do not have enough power to power BBeat.
A USB-C power supply will never damage B.Beat.
If B.Beat still does not work, contact support through this form.
Note: If it does not boot and you have just upgraded directly from version 3.0 or lower (built into B.Beat through October-2023) to a higher version, contact support indicating this problem.
If you are already using version 3.5 or higher, ignore this point.
