Warranty

Before seeking warranty service, it is strongly recommended that:

To obtain warranty service, you must
1) Be the original purchaser who purchased from an authorized dealer and register the M-LIVE product within fifteen (15) days of purchase.
2) Contact our technical support team who will try to help you solve the problem. If the problem cannot be solved, then

- If the product was purchased directly from M-Live, M-Live will advise how to return the item under warranty.
- If the product was purchased through a retailer (including online sellers), contact the retailer directly for assistance.

M-LIVE must be able to duplicate the defect or problem in question at its facilities.
The warranty does not apply to damage to the product that has occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, abnormal service or handling, accidental damage or exposure to extreme temperatures or relative humidity, improper installation, damage caused directly or indirectly by another product, improper care, or if the product has been altered or modified in any way, or if the damage has been caused by repairs or services provided by an unauthorized center.

General Warranty Periods
All M-LIVE products have a two (2) year limited warranty. Replacement cables, power supplies, travel bags, and other accessories have a 90-day warranty.
For European Union countries, please refer to the European Union Product Warranty Directive to determine the warranty in your country.
Note: Items not listed on the M-LIVE web store or those purchased from an unauthorized retailer are sold as is, with no warranty.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer (or a person other than the carrier appointed by the customer) acquires physical possession of the goods.
In order to assert your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (such as a faxed letter or by contacting us using the form available here).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effect of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments made to us, including delivery costs (but excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery system other than the cheapest standard delivery system offered by us), without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Refunds will be made using the same payment system used for the original transaction, unless a different method has been clearly agreed upon; the refund may be held until we receive the goods or until you demonstrate that you have returned the goods.

If you have already received the contracted goods:
a) please return the goods or hand them over to us without delay and in any case within 14 days of the decision to withdraw communicated to us. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the expiration of the 14-day period.
b) The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. This cost is tentatively estimated to be similar to or greater than the cost quoted for the delivery of the goods.
c) The Customer is responsible only for the reduced value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

The Right of Withdrawal does NOT apply in the following cases:
a) The supply of digital content by means of a non-material medium if performance has begun with the Consumer's explicit approval and acceptance that he or she would then lose the right of withdrawal.
b) The supply of sealed audio and video recordings or sealed computer software that have been opened after delivery.
