M-Live distributes its products through a network of RESELLERS.
We have business relationships with hundreds of outlets where end customers can purchase our products, can request information, and can access our Technical Support services.
M-Live is the only Company that provides Hardware Software products specializing in the management of Backing Tracks in any format for both musicians on Stage and for home use.
What sets us apart is our ability to provide both the Hardware and Application devices and the music content. These are produced by our Recording Studios and then distributed through the Song Service platform (www.songservice.it).
We are able to deliver our products within days through Just in Time production management. Our sales network is very short because we want to guarantee the best price to the end customer while maintaining a high level of pre- and post-sales services.
Our Technical Staff is able to provide adequate information both for what concerns the use of our products, but also for any problems that may arise. That of technical assistance is one of the points to which we devote most attention.
We are able to provide technical assistance directly, from our headquarters in Italy. Our service center can repair failed products in a few days, and the average turnaround time for a repair or replacement is less than the average in our industry.
