Here you can listen to different music samples registed with Merish 5. This page will be developed and enriched in time with new and different files that will allow you to immerge yourself in the completely new sound of Merish 5.

Some technical information: in comparison to the previous versions of Merish, the memory space dedicated to the sounds is ten times bigger. This has allowed us to enlarge significantly the sound database by adding many brand-new timbres and by embellishing those existing. Thanks to the development work that has lasted for three years, the sound of Merish 5 offers the live sensation that the standard MIDI generators have never been able to do before: multisampled drums with RoundRobin algorithms, pianos with EQ studied especially for live performances, realistic strings, any kind of acoustic guitars and electronic guitars with distortions (Special Sound) and many others.

In some of these audio samples you can listen to the function “Special Sound” (now added to Merish 5 with the recent release) which enriches the standard MIDI files with distortions, flanger, phaser and other effects that are not covered by GM/GS standard.
